Fancy was two days late paying the rent (we were out of town) and we get a notice in the mail that we have to go to court. It's been paid, in full. We've never been late before, and in fact, we have a credit on our account. But you know, jumping to court is a logical step.
This is ridiculous, and I feel like I'm going to throw up.

Duuuuuumb. Is it mortgage, or rent?
@secade - It was just rent, I wish we owned. I went down and took care of it, apparently, as long as teh rent is paid before the court date (which it was, well in advance), they call and dismiss the case. But of course don't bother to tell you that.
Seriously. I'm going to start setting fucking alarms for that boy. I can't handle the idea of being in trouble. I don't get in trouble! haha
